Sye J. Kelly, Trustee Sye began his career with Boilermakers Local 154 working in the Boilermaker Construction Industry in 1979. He is a second generation Boilermaker and was initiated into Local 154, May 5, 1980. He worked for many years in the field, as a journeyman and in supervision, before deciding to run for the office of Health and Welfare Trustee, and was elected to this position in 2002. Sye continues to serve as Trustee and was re-elected on June 16, 2008, for his third term. He was then appointed to the following committees: Boilermakers Local 154 Contract Negotiating Committee, for the “Current Articles of Agreement” and Boilermakers Local 154 Social Committee. Sye is a welding Instructor at the Local 154 Welding School.

Ryan M. Milligan Ryan M. Milligan is a newly elected Trustee of Boilermakers Local Lodge 154, Health and Welfare Fund. He was elected to the position on June 16, 2008 and formally became a member of the Board of Trustees July 1, 2008. He is a second generation Boilermaker, who is a graduate apprentice of the Northeast Area Apprenticeship Program. Ryan has worked in the Boilermakers Field of Construction Industry for many years and is currently working in the field in a supervisory capacity.
